I Started my playing
career with Knightswood Juvenile Pipe band and went
on to play in numerous Grade1 bands. I was a Leading Drummer for almost 30
years, primarily with the Clan MacRae Society,
Dumbarton and District and the Glasgow Skye Association Pipe band. Won many
Major and Minor drumming Championships, both in Solo and with my Corps. I have
been a drumming adjudicator for approx. 20 years; however, it is only for the
last 5 years as an unattached Group 1 adjudicator. I currently teach and run
